Cancellation Policy for Subscription 

You may cancel your subscription at any time. This will cancel the next renewal.  This gives you time between receiving your box and deciding if you'd like to cancel. If you signed up for a 3-month prepay plan and then canceled after the first month, you would still receive the next 2 months that you've already paid for. 

 Refunds/Returns

We are happy to exchange items that are defective within 30 days. (Email us with an explanation and picture, and we will send a return shipping label.) Due to the nature of the subscription, however, we do not accept returns or refunds on products you receive. We hope every box helps you stretch your quilty talents and brings you joy.
